2419 SLIMPORT VISION FRAMES

DESCRIPTION

Flush fitting, circular vision frames for both steel and timber doors. Designed to suit popular door thicknesses of 44mm, 50mm and 54mm. Available in satin finish 304 stainless steel, or zinc plated steel ready for powder coating. Upon request we will quote for providing other finishes. Installation offers concealed fixing one side and screw fixing through the bevel on the other side. There are no fixings through the frame face, and fixing holes through the door are eliminated. Fastenings are matching steel
or stainless steel self tapping screws.

We can supply frames only or frames, glass and seals as a complete kit. For fire rated doors, intumescent aperture liner tape would be required and supplied.

GLASS

Three different types of glass can be supplied:

a) 6.4mm laminated clear safety glass for a non fire
rated situation

b) 6.0mm clear Georgian wire plate safety glass
(30 and 60 minute fire rated)

c) 6.0mm clear modified toughened fire resistant glass
(60 minute fire rated)
